- Guest care in the restaurant
- Bar, restaurant, and banquet service
- Preparation of mise en place
- Independent management of a station, depending on experience
- Proper and cost-conscious handling of food and beverages
- Purchasing, goods receipt control, management, and inventory of required items in the F&B area
- Compliance with occupational safety and other operational regulations according to HACCP guidelines and our own quality standards
- Support for conferences, from greeting to farewell
