- Sale and allocation of rooms
- Administrative tasks such as creating outgoing invoices, checking commission invoices, maintaining guest files, and master data
- Preparation of group arrivals
- General support in the Front Office team
- Receiving and processing reservations as well as attending to regional, national, and international key customers and guests over the phone
- Managing reservation systems to ensure optimal occupancy
- Creating internal statistics and reservation reports
- Yield and revenue activities
- Operating the hotel software Protel
- Supporting management with budgeting
- Conducting check-in/check-out
- Organizational and administrative tasks in both the front and back-office areas
- Preparing offers and confirmations

- Trained hotel specialist or completed training in the hospitality industry
- Professional experience in hotel reservations
- Proficient in MS Office and Protel
- Flexible and service-oriented
- Team-oriented, independent, and responsible
