- Conducting check-in/check-out
- Organizational and administrative tasks in both the front and back office areas
- Handling reservations
- Preparing offers and confirmations
- Assisting conference and banquet guests
- Supporting the breakfast crew during peak times or absences
- Attending to guests at the bar and in the lobby
What You Bring!
- Trained hotel specialist or completed training in the hospitality industry
- Professional experience in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Flexible and service-oriented
- Team-oriented, independent, and responsible
